Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy is for Washington residents, under the My Health My Data Act. Nevada residents: see our Nevada policy.
The consumer health data we collect, and why
- Your selfies, the photos of your face you add. We use them to make pictures of you.
- Face data from the face check (biometric data), only if you agree to the check: the face geometry Amazon Web Services measures for us, used only to compare the faces in your pictures with your selfies so they look like you. We keep only the match score.
- Health information you choose to write, such as a dream about fitness, recovery or starting a family. We don't ask for it. We use it only to make your pictures.
Where it comes from
Only from you. On a couple board, your partner adds their own.
What we share, and with whom
- Your selfies and what you write: with OpenAI, which makes your pictures for us.
- Your selfies, and the face data if you agree to the face check: with Amazon Web Services, which runs the check and hosts our servers.
- Both process it only for us, under contract. We have no affiliates, and we don't share it with anyone else or sell it.
Your rights, and how to use them
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, including a list of everyone we've shared it with and how to contact them.
- Withdraw your consent: turn the face check off on your board, or delete your selfies there. Selfies are deleted automatically 30 days after you add them anyway.
- Delete it: your selfies, your board or your account, yourself, or ask us. We pass a deletion request on to our providers, and anything deleted is gone from our backups within 14 days.
- Appeal: if we decline a request, reply to ask us to reconsider. If you're still unhappy, you can contact the Washington Attorney General.
Make a request on our contact page (choose "My data"). We answer within 45 days.
