Report a picture made without consent

If a picture on My Life Canvas shows you — or someone you're authorized to act for — and they didn't agree to it, especially an intimate or sexual one, tell us here. No account needed.

We remove it within 48 hours of a complete request, along with any copies we know of, and we never print it. We'll tell you what we did.

We need: where the picture is, your name as a signature, the statement below, and your email.

When we answer

A picture of you made without your consent: within 48 hours.
Orders and refunds: within 2 business days.
Our business name, address and refund policy by email: within 5 days.
Your data (a copy, a correction, deleting it): within 45 days, usually much sooner.
Everything else: within a week.

Some things you can do yourself right away, on your board under "Your purchase & privacy": refund the full board, cancel prints before they start, delete your selfies, turn the face check off, or delete the board.
