Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

• Your selfies, the photos of your face you add, to make pictures of you.
• Face data from the face check (biometric data), only if you agree to the check: used only to compare the faces in your pictures with your selfies so they look like you. We keep only the match score.
• Health information you choose to write, such as a fitness goal, used only to make your pictures. We don't ask for it.

Only from you. On a couple board, your partner adds their own.

Only with the providers that process it for us, under contract: OpenAI (making your pictures, from your selfies and what you write) and Amazon Web Services (the face check, if you agree to it, and our servers). We don't sell it, and no third party collects it from you over time or across other websites through My Life Canvas.

• Ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a list of everyone we've shared it with.
• Ask us to correct it, or change it yourself: your dreams and pictures can be changed on your board.
• Withdraw your consent and stop us using it: turn the face check off, or delete your selfies, on your board. Selfies are deleted automatically 30 days after you add them anyway.
• Delete it: your selfies, board or account, yourself, or ask us.
• If we decline a request, reply to appeal. If you're still unhappy, you can contact the Nevada Attorney General.

Make a request on our contact page (choose "My data"). We answer within 45 days.

If we change it in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with a new date and tell you on the site before it applies.
